Every day
The school day
Gates open 7:00am. Lessons begin 7:45am. Collection from 4:30pm, with supervised care available until 5:00pm.
A child does best when school and home are pulling in the same direction.
We keep communication frequent and honest: termly conferences, an open door with class teachers, regular newsletters, and a parent forum that genuinely shapes how the school runs.

We run a shuttle service to and from school at a flat termly rate. Every vehicle carries a trained escort in addition to the driver, and children are only released to a named adult.
Routes serve central Arua City and the surrounding neighbourhoods, and are set each term based on where our families live. Contact the office to confirm whether your area is covered.
Ask about your route
Safeguarding is more than a policy document at Pearl Quest. It is the daily habit of knowing where every child is and how they are doing.
First aid administered by trained staff, with parents contacted immediately.
Parents record consent and a preferred provider at enrolment.
All teaching and non-teaching staff are background-checked before they start.
A single supervised gate, signed visitor entry and named-adult collection only.
Adult supervision on the playground and grounds throughout every break.
Any concern is logged, escalated and followed up with the family the same day.
If your question is not answered here, please ask us. We would far rather have the conversation.
Contact the schoolOur learning journey begins in Early Years from approximately age two and continues through Nursery into Primary. Our admissions team assesses each child individually so that they are placed in the class where they will thrive.
We build on Uganda's national curriculum and enrich it with child-centred learning across faith, creativity, technology and practical discovery. Children move beyond memorisation to discussion, application and independent problem-solving.
Pearl Quest is a day school. Our campus in Arua City is designed for open play, outdoor learning and safe, supervised drop-off and collection.
Yes. We run a shuttle service on set routes around Arua City at a flat termly rate. Routes are confirmed each term based on where our families live.
We deliberately keep classes small so that every child is known. Early Years and Nursery groups are supported by a teacher and a dedicated assistant.
We have an on-site sickbay where first aid is administered by trained staff. Parents record their consent and preferred medical provider at enrolment, and we contact families immediately in any emergency.
Yes, and we encourage it. Families are warmly invited to contact our admissions team to arrange a personal tour of the campus during the school day.
Through termly parent–teacher conferences, an open-door policy with class teachers, regular newsletters, and parent representatives on our school community forum.
Come and experience Pearl Quest. Meet our team, walk the campus, and find the right learning journey for your child. Places are currently open across Early Years, Nursery and Primary.
